The Internet as your ultimate workplace?

Maybe it's an old news, but I just found out that Adobe has deployed a free online photo editing service: Photoshop Express

Some features:

• 2 GB free storage
• integration with Picasa web, Flickr and other online galleries
• editing tools to better your pictures
  
• pleasant Flash user interface
• online web galleries

Will our next workspace be hosted online, as a bunch of secure interconnected Internet apps (e.g. Google Docs) ?
