On 21st March, on behalf of a customer, I opened a ticket with IBM about a DAOS issue:
IBM PMR 01838,841,758 :DAOS error specified private key does not exist
A technician call me back, I sent him some logs, made some tests.
Later I started to ask info about the ticket, both via phone and e-mail , soliciting the ticket, but I had no answer.
Just today I called the IBM toll-free number to solicit once again the ticket:
besides soliciting the ticket, the help-desk could not escalate the ticket or do anything else to help (unless I need to contact the IBM legal department...).
I'm just disappointed.
