Lotus Symphony LotusScript API : an interesting project from openNTF

Having some fun after downloading project Sample Purchasing Order from openNTF.org.

I'm reading the LS code that exploit "Lotus Symphony LotusScript API" to find and replace some Symphony Fields from a Symphony template document, and later save it to a .doc document (or other formats).

I'm gonna use it to create customer receipts in PDF format and send them via e-mail:
right, no rocket science, but it comes free with Symphony and I don't need to install any PDF virtual printers or use iText library or some commercial solutions.

Also read this from IBM: Integrating IBM Lotus Notes with IBM Lotus Symphony using LotusScript and the Lotus Symphony Toolkit
